Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of all necessary work to remove and replace portions of concrete slabs and walks, curbs, asphalt paving, parking lot striping, provide crack fill, seal coat, drainage structure repairs, and all associated work at the following sites: 1. VerKuilen Building 2. Macomb County Hall Road Facility 3. Macomb County Jail 4. Macomb County Central Receiving 5. 42nd District Court Division I, Bruce Township 6. 42nd District Court Division II, New Baltimore 7. Talmer Building 8. Southeast Health Center Note: A single lump sum proposal is being entertained for the work of this proposal. Partial or segregated bids or assignments for individual parts of the project will not be considered. Bidder shall include quotes for all alternates and unit prices; failure to do so may result in rejection of proposal.

Work shall be substantially complete on or before October 31, 2014.
