Description

Providing a digital, interactive, personal communication tool that can call out and reach all adults, or any demographic subset thereof, residing in Macomb County with a mobile phone and/or landline phone, during five town-hall style meetings to be scheduled on various dates in 2025 ranging from 60 – 90 minutes in length each.
Vendor preparation for each of the five events will consist of scheduling of the event, assisting with script creation, assisting with live, mobile and answering machine message creation, training of screeners, providing a moderator, uploading of data for the event, providing a phone operator for the event, producing inbound phone numbers for the event, and filing of STIR/SHAKEN compliance materials.
