Summary of Specifications:
This specification describes TWO (2) HOT/COLD MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE TRUCK BODIES. Bidders must submit their bid on a unit that meets or exceeds these specifications. NOTE: These bodies are to be built on two (2) F-150 pick-ups that are to be purchased from Signature Ford off of Macomb County Bid #71-15, and used for our Meals-on-Wheels program. Specifications for the trucks have been included in the bid package. Arrangements should be made with Bill Campbell Fleet and Government Sales Manager, Signature Ford Lincoln, 1960 E. Main Street, Owosso MI 48867. Phone: 888-923-5338 Bids will be considered only from vendors who offer hot/cold meal delivery truck bodies manufactured by companies that are known to be skilled and have been regularly engaged in the manufacture of tanks of the type, class and size specified herein for a period of not less than five (5) years. Bidders must be a manufacturer authorized licensed dealer for the product offered, or the manufacturer itself.
