Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of all necessary hardware, software, equipment, installation, training and whatever else is necessary to provide a complete virtual queuing system, with customer and staff work flow components. This includes, but is not limited to kiosks, ticket printers, digital signage, hardware, software, and mobile application to accurately and efficiently direct customers, recording all data to generate reports (historical & real-time) for customer wait times, employee transaction times, and facility throughput, and allowing customers to schedule visits on-line, check current wait times, and check-in online.
