Subrecipient Monitoring Program Year 2023 (7/1/23 - 6/30/25) - Subrecipient Monitoring Program Year 2023 (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2025)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for financial monitoring of subrecipients/contractors of the Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board (WDB). These subrecipients/contractors provide services to job seekers and employers of the Michigan Works system in Macomb and St. Clair Counties. Only funds provided by the WDB need to be reviewed at each organization.

It is the intention of the Macomb/St. Clair WDB to award an initial contract for financial monitoring July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Two, one-year extensions may be offered based on satisfactory performance potentially extending the contract through June 30, 2027.
