Additional Bidding Instructions

Horace Small is the required brand name. No substitutions will be accepted.
Pricing must show Net Unit Prices (which include shipping, handling, sizing,
discounts, and/or any other factors affecting product cost) and Extended
Prices. A description of vendor return policies AND exchange policies must
be included with the submission. Macomb Township is Michigan Sales Tax
exempt and a certificate is available upon request. The vendor shall bear all
risks of loss or damage to rejected items after notice of rejection has been
given. The quantities and sizes requested are estimates and may vary
slightly. Vendor is to measure fire personnel at a Macomb Township Fire
Department location on a Monday evening starting at 6:30pm. Specific date
and location of measuring of personnel is to be determined. Final quantities
by size will be documented on the purchase order.
