Additional Bidding Instructions

Elbeco is the required brand name. No substitutions will be accepted. Pricing must show Net Unit Price (which includes shipping, handling, discounts, and/or any other factors affecting product cost) and Extended Prices. Macomb Township is Michigan Sales Tax exempt and a certificate is available upon request. A description of vendor return policies AND exchange policies must be included with the submission. The vendor shall bear all risks of loss or damage to rejected items after notice of rejection has been given. The quantities and sizes requested are estimates and may vary slightly. Final quantities by size will be documented on the purchase order.
