Summary of Specifications:
Gymnasium A (8,500 sf) Scrub clean, abrade the existing floor finish, tape-out and paint four (4) pickleball courts, and apply two (2) coats of an Oil-Modified Urethane Floor Finish.

Gymnasium B (8,429 sf) Scrub clean, abrade, the existing floor finish, and apply two (2) coats of an Oil-Modified Urethane Floor Finish.

Aerobics Room # 1 (1,765 sf) Scrub clean, abrade, the existing floor finish, and apply two (2) coats of an Oil-Modified Urethane Floor Finish.

Suggested Oil-Modified Urethane Products (Alternates Accepted) Polo Plaz “World Class” Gym Finish Bona Kemi All Court Oil Modified Gym Finish Hillyard Gold Medalist, 350 Gym Finish, 450 Gym Finish

All work must begin on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.
