Summary of Specifications:
Responses are invited from qualified firm(s) to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the design of the Davison Your Ride Service which will include office area, vehicle area and emergency server back up room totaling approximately 12,000 square foot of new construction on a six (6) acre site. The Davison Your Ride Service Center will be located on the vacant land on North State Road between Richfield Road and Potter Road. The Parcel number is 16-33-400-028. Qualifications shall be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m. Local Time, Friday, June 19, 2015 at the Mass Transportation Authority’s offices at 1401 South Dort Highway, Flint, Michigan.
