REPLACE ROOFTOP HVAC UNITS
The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide replacement Rooftop HVAC Units for its administration Building at 1401 South Dort Highway, Flint, Michigan. Generally, there are three RTU’s to be replaced: a 40-ton unit supplying the second level, a 50-ton unit supplying the Main level and a 40-ton unit supplying the second level.
Bids shall be submitted on or before 1:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the MTA Administration Building located at 1401 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, MI 48503 or Electronically at Bidnet Direct www.bidnetdirect.com. Pre-Bid meeting will be held at our Administration building location located at 1401 S. Dort Hwy, Flint, Michigan 48503 on Wednesday, June 1,2022 at 1:30pm E.D.T. MTA reserves the right to waive any informality in the invitation for bid; to reject any or all bids; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the MTA. The MTA reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission.
Funding for this project is available through Federal and State Grants.
