The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting bids from qualified Automotive dealers to provide up to five new vehicles. The intended vehicles specified to be purchased would be up to three (3) Chevrolet Traverses (or approved equal) and /or up to two (2) Chevrolet Impalas (or approved equal). Vehicles shall be all new and current model year.
Bids shall be submitted on or before 1:00 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday, May 17, 2018 at the MTA Administration Building located at 1401 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, MI 48503. For more information and to request a copy of this IFB, please visit www.mtaflint.org/Purchasing. Specifications are available to attain from the Purchasing Agent on or after Thursday, May 3, 2018.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at MTA’s Administration Building at the same address above at 1:15 p.m. Local Time Wednesday, May 17, 2018.
MTA reserves the right to waive any informality in the invitation for bid; to reject any or all bids; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the MTA. The MTA reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission.
Funding for this project is available through Federal and State Grants.
