The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting bids from qualified Automotive Dealers to purchase six (6) new Chevrolet Traverses or approved equal and or up to four (4) Chevrolet Impala approved equal and up to five (5) Chevrolet Equinox or approved equal. Vehicles shall be all new and current model year. Bids shall be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the MTA Administration Building located at 1401 S. Specifications are available to attain from the Purchasing Agent on or after Monday, October 22, 2018.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at MTA’s Administration Building at the same address above immediately after the 3:00 p.m. Local Time deadline, Thursday, November 1, 2018.
MTA reserves the right to waive any informality in the invitation for bid; to reject any or all bids; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the MTA. The MTA reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission.
Funding for this project is available through Federal and State Grants.
