The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids for Building A: Membrane and Clerestory Window Replacement. The Muskegon County Public Works and Facilities Department is seeking to procure a qualified contractor to remove and replace the existing membrane roof, clerestory windows and skylight covers at 97 E Apple Ave., Muskegon MI 49442.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids or to accept the bid that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the IFB will be available by Tuesday, June 4, 2019, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county. A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at 10:00 AM at 97 E Apple Ave., Muskegon MI 49442 Room 119. Attendance is recommended.
All bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2019. All bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office and be clearly marked: “IFB19-2354 Building A: Roof/Window”.
