The City of Muskegon is a recipient of the Opioid Prevention Settlement and has elected Muskegon County to initiate and coordinate the grant proposals on the City’s behalf inviting organizations addressing opioid prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery to apply for funding to support the development, implementation, enhancement, or expansion of programs and services for the City of Muskegon population. This includes programs addressing substance use disorders, polysubstance use,and co-occurring mental health disorders.
