Description

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for County Copiers and Printers. The Muskegon County Information Technology Department is seeking to procure a qualified contractor to provide maintenance service to currently owned copiers and printers, assess which machines may need to be replaced and provide updated equipment where needed.

Vendors and/or their representatives may submit proposals electronically through Bonfire at: https://muskegoncounty.BonfireHub.com or physically at: Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.

A copy of the RFP will be available by Monday, July 26, 2021, online at https://MuskegonCounty.BonfireHub.com.

An online Pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 5, 2021at 10:00 am via WebEx at the following link: https://muskegonco.webex.com/muskegonco/j.php?MTID=m89b4a2f0f4e235302abe40eae0d6827f. Attendance is recommended.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 26, 2021.
