The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for Indirect and Allocated Cost Consulting Services. The Muskegon County Finance Department is seeking to procure professional service provider in the area of cost accounting and fiscal service operation. Consultant focus area is on preparation of Central Services Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and preparation of an Information Technology Services Rate Study.
Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids electronically through Bid Net or physically at: Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.
The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the RFP will be available by Monday, April 19, 2021, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, May 14, 2021. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 21-2420 Indirect and Allocated Cost Consulting Services”.
