The Muskegon County Public Works Board is requesting qualifications for Landfill Financial Services. The Muskegon County Solid Waste Department is seeking to procure a qualified contractor to perform a cost of service study, review perpetual care and post closure funding strategies and recommend funding vehicle with the lowest cost of capital for landfill expansion and review rate structures at the landfill.

The Muskegon County Public Works Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all qualifications or to accept the qualification that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the RFQu will be available by Wednesday, November 18, 2020, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.
All responses must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, December 18, 2020. All responses should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFQu 21-2407 Landfill Financial Services”.
