The requirements of the Cost Proposal will be sent to the qualifying firms after the initial evaluation phase is complete. DO NOT SUBMIT A COST PROPOSAL WITH THIS INITIAL SOLICITATION. The County will notify all responders of their solicitation standing when the first review is complete.
