Summary of Specifications:
Muskegon County is soliciting sealed bids for the 2015 Metro Settling Lagoon Three (Cell #3) Sludge Removal Project, RFB 15-2192. Items of work include: Pumping/removing and transport of sludge from lagoon bottom into drying beds and all related work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of the bid price. All costs (including labor, tools, equipment, materials, shipping, handling and all other costs) must be included in the total bid price.
