The bidder must submit three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of its entire proposal on a flash drive, all contained in a SEALED PACKAGE. The package should be clearly labeled “SEALED BID – CANOPY RFP”. In addition, the name of the contractor shall be clearly labeled on the outside.
