OCHN invites Bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for Website Development as described in the Scope of Work section of this solicitation and requests a detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format. The target dates are set forth in the RFQ document.

Please carefully read the RFQ for detailed bidding instructions. The solicitation is designed to provide proposing vendors with all the information needed to write a successful quote.
