Oak-0000000747 - After-Action Report (AAR) Oxford HS

On November 30, 2021, Oxford High School experienced a tragic mass shooting that resulted in the loss of lives, injuries, and a profound emotional impact on the community.  In response to this incident, Oakland County seeks to engage a private firm to conduct a comprehensive After-Action Report (AAR). The goal of is to evaluate the effectiveness of the response and recovery efforts by all involved parties, identify strengths and weaknesses in protocols, and to provide actionable recommendations to enhance future preparedness, response, and recovery efforts.

Note: A mandatory pre-proposal Teams meeting will be held virtually on 10/28/2024 at 11:00 AM EST.
Interested firms need to email Kevin Walter (walterk@oakgov.com) for a link to access the meeting no later than 48 hours prior. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the project with prospective proposers and to answer any questions concerning the RFP.
