Oakland County Purchasing, on behalf of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioners office is soliciting bids for maintenance and repair services associated with air compressors, refrigerated dryer, and desiccant drying tower at the Commerce Township Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 649, Welch Road, Walled Lake, MI 48390.
Specifically, the CONTRACTOR shall provide annual, bi-annual, periodic maintenance, and repair services for the following equipment:
- Air compressors, two (2) Kobelco Model KNW AO-C/L air cooled Rotary Screw, Two-Stage type compressors. (operating pressure 85 to 125 PSI)
- Refrigerated Air Dryer, (1) Quincy Model QPCD-321
- Desiccant Air Dryer, (1) Quincy QDHP-100
The CONTRACTOR shall supply all filters, parts, tools and materials needed to complete all associated work. The COUNTY shall supply the CONTRACTOR with Shell Turbo T 68 Oil for the necessary maintenance services. The CONTRACTOR shall perform all maintenance activities per the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
All equipment is indoors in a locked building and all work must be done between the hours of 7:30am to 3:00pm.
