The scope of this project includes restoration to four of Commerce Twp. lift stations; Starwood, Crystal Shores, Golf lane, and Oakley Park lift stations. The lift stations were installed between 1990 and 1993 and have moderately deteriorated due to age and environment. Restoration of the lift stations include but are not limited to repairing the spalling of concrete around the inside perimeter, filling cracks, pointing joints, and repairing slab cracks.
