Various Janitorial Supplies.Products Listed above reflects the classification and quantities used on a regular basis annually. The FM&O custodial operations primary use will continue to be RTU (Ready-To-Use) chemical products. These projected usage numbers could vary based the introduction of new products, new technology in equipment/chemicals and/or on occupancy levels in the facilities management by the FM&O division of Oakland County. This is not an all-inclusive list of products (chemicals, janitorial and equipment) that are utilized by the custodial operations. The FM&O custodial operations will purchase products throughout the life of the contract from the following manufacturers in addition to the items listed in this document:
• Rubbermaid
General janitorial materials (buckets, carts, brooms, trash receptacles, mop heads, etc.).
• 3M
PPE (safety glasses, dust masks, etc.)
Pads (floor pads, sponges, rags, scrubbing pads, etc.)
• Equipment
Tennant – Windsor – Advance (are the primary manufacturers utilized at the time).
Parts (vacuum bags, hoses, brushes, cords, etc.)
