In addition, please submit five (5) additional hard copies of the RFP responses of the proposal for the evaluation team and consensus scoring. We expect multiple responses and the hard copies help with the review process when that occurs. The County can accept standard mailing deliveries, or they can be dropped off at the building security desk. MASKs must be worn when entering the building. The uploaded electronic version to the BidNet site is the official response that takes precedence.
