Description

Upon request, Vendor will perform certain tasks which are common to any financing that is undertaken. It may also be necessary for Vendor to provide financial services on behalf of a drainage district, a statutory public corporation established in accordance with the Michigan Drain Code, separate and distinct from the County of Oakland.

Vendor will represent the WRC and/or drainage districts in the planning, structuring, and completing of its financing in a timely manner and under the most favorable interest rate and financing terms.
