Description

Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner is soliciting SEALED proposals from companies/experts specializing in the following work:
GENERAL
The CONTRACTOR shall provide a means of work for handling and transportation to remove acutely toxic waste materials within Oakland County for disposal in a legal landfill or incinerator on an as-needed basis for the period June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2021.
The CONTRACTOR shall provide services including but not limited to removal, identification, packaging, transportation and legal disposal of various quantities; as small as one (1) bottle, up to and including barrels and spills.
The CONTRACTOR shall have the capability to provide hazardous waste spill response services within two (2) hours of being contacted by the COUNTY.
The CONTRACTOR shall provide training for OSHA HAZWOPER (29CFR 1910.120) at the request of the COUNTY.
