The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (Client) is requesting proposals from licensed and insured insurance brokers (Vendor) specializing, or with primary emphasis, in municipal or public sector insurance coverage, real and personal property coverage, general commercial liability, public officials’ liability, and professional liability insurance, as well as drainage district consulting experience, loss control and related services. Insurance premium quotes are not being requested at this time. No contact, solicitation or market reservations of insurance companies are to be made on the Client’s behalf prior to completion of the contract award. Failure to comply with this mandate will disqualify Vendor from this proposal process and any subsequent contract award.
