Description

The Oakland County Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Parks and Recreation Programs and Services Division, is requesting proposals for Rental tents for special events. This would include delivery, set-up, tear-down and clean up of area. Supplier will provide all tools and items necessary to accomplish this.Tear down and site clean-up is expected to be completed within 4 days of event ending.

Bid will be awarded as a 3-year contract, with an optional 2-year extension. For a possible total of a 5-year contract.
