At the direction and request of the WRC, the selected Vendor will work closely with the WRC’s in-house legal counsel. All legal matters assigned to Vendor will be assigned and monitored by in-house legal counsel. In addition, Vendor is expected to provide all services of an attorney, including, but not limited to, preparation, investigation, drafting of documents, legal research, correspondence, virtual and/or office consultations and conferences with the WRC, or other persons. Vendor is expected to participate in mediation, arbitration, or other alternative dispute resolution process, appear in court for matters, including but not limited to, motions, pretrial conferences, hearings, and trials, which are necessary and consistent with the duties and functions under Michigan rules, regulations, statutory law, and common law.
