Services are being sought by a professional team of consultants, engineers and/or organizations for the creation of an exciting, safe and sustainable Off-Road Vehicle (ORV) Park that is open to all ORV types, provides experiences for users of all abilities and offers significant opportunities to introduce people to the sport, educate safe practices and promote the ethical use of public lands. The proposed park is located in both Groveland and Holly Townships, Oakland County, Michigan, is owned by the State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Parks Division (MDNR), and potentially operated by the Oakland Count Parks & Recreation Commission (OCPRC).
