Description

The County of Oakland is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to the County in the area of cost accounting and support for fiscal services operation focusing on two (2) primary areas:
 

  1. Preparation of the Central Services Indirect Cost Allocation Plan for the fiscal years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, that will be used to facilitate indirect cost recoveries in the fiscal years 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
  2. Assistance in cost allocation and rate analysis as requested by the County.  Potential areas include various proprietary funds, including but not limited to Information Technology Fund, Courts and Law Enforcement Management Information System (CLEMIS) Fund, Radio Communications Fund, Telephones Communications Fund, and Fire Records Management Fund.
