Description

On behalf of Oakland County, Michigan, Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations that can provide vision benefits for the County’s active employees, retirees, and eligible dependents.

Bidders may submit proposals for all the requested plan options or only one of the options requested. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts because of this RFP. Separate contracts may be issued for Active Employee and Retiree Plans.

The vision benefits must be provided beginning January 1, 2025, with annual Open Enrollment to begin in November 2024. Anticipated contract award is three years with the option to renew for one additional two-year period. The option is exercisable at the sole discretion of Oakland County.
