Oak-0000000774 - WRC Drinking Water & Wastewater Analysis

Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s office (WRC) are requesting bids for a laboratory to provide drinking water and wastewater analysis on an as-needed basis. Please provide a list of EPA/MDEQ approved analysis and costs for Drinking Water contaminants. WET testing and Effluent Scan testing analytical services on an as-needed basis (currently performed annually at our Wastewater Treatment Plants). Please refer to attached permits for each facility for the individual analytes needed for each group of compounds listed. Special consideration may be given to laboratories certified by nationally recognized certifying/accrediting agencies such as NELAC/NELAP, A2LA, ELAP, etc. Laboratories shall submit with their pricing and other required submittals, any certifications they may have for each item under the PRICING section for which a price is submitted.
Laboratories submitting prices for wastewater analyses must participate in annual EPA/DMRQA study.
Both the WET testing and Effluent Scan analysis will be performed at the same time when samples are collected, based on our current NPDES permit.
