Exterior Lighting Upgrades the School District of the City of Pontiac A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held Thursday March 26, 2015, at 9:00 am, EST at the Oakland Schools Administrative Building located at 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI. Sealed proposals one (1) original and three (3) copies will be accepted via hand delivery or mail until 2:00 p.m., local time as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov), April 9, 2015, at Oakland School Administration Building Front Reception Desk located at 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI at which time the proposals will be opened and acknowledged.
