One (1) original and one (1) copy and one (1) flash drive shall be received no later than January 28, 2016, 2:00 pm, local time as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov) at The School District of the City of Pontiac, Administration Building located at 27000 Woodward Ave, Pontiac, Michigan and shall be clearly labeled “Attn: RFP-PSD-16- 0004 Facility Utilization & Conditions Assessment Professional Services”. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure their proposal reaches The School District of the City of Pontiac on or before the closing date and hour as indicated. Late proposals will NOT be accepted.
