Oakland Schools is requesting proposals for fully insured Medical and Prescription Drug coverage for eligible participants and their covered dependents.

As of April 2019, Oakland Schools provides fully insured Medical and Prescription Drug benefits to approximately 608 eligible employees. Benefits are provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network of Michigan and the Michigan Education Special Services Association (MESSA).
