The Bidder shall utilize bid forms as supplied in the IFB document. Pricing shall only be provided on the pricing form and in the specific format utilizing the Appendix A Pricing Sheet.

Bids shall be clearly labeled using the mailing label provided in Section XIV of this IFB.

Each Bidder shall submit one (1) hard copy original bid and one (1) USB flash drive of the bid.

In order to submit your bid, please adhere to the following instructions:

To deliver your bid via UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service – send per usual process.

To deliver your bid in person – between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – when you arrive at Oakland Schools call (248)209-2000 to reach the Receptionist. The Receptionist will contact the Office of Procurement and Contracting and a representative of the Office of Procurement and Contracting will meet you outside of the main entrance of Oakland Schools to receive your bid.
