Summary of Specifications:
Oakland Schools is requesting proposals for TEMPORARY PERSONNEL SERVICES for Oakland Schools. For purposes of this RFP and all sections the term “Worker” means any personnel, agent, employee, contractor or subcontractor of any degree (or any personnel of any such subcontractor) that would be performing temporary personnel services pursuant to a contract arising out of this RFP.
This is a three (3) year fixed contract beginning on July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020 with options to renew in one (1) year increments for an additional two (2) years through June 30, 2022, for a total of five (5) years. Pricing proposed as part of the solicitation process would remain fixed and in effect for the duration of the contract.
The Board of Education of Oakland Schools, 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328 is accepting proposals for Temporary Personnel Services in accordance with the attached specifications. All proposals shall be received no later than April 6, 2017 2:00 p.m. EST, as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov). It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure their proposal reaches Oakland Schools on or before the closing date and hour as indicated. Proposals submitted late or via oral, electronic mail or by facsimile will NOT be accepted.
