RFP 09.13.23 - Request for Proposal (RFP) – Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) + Energy Audit

FCA Base Scope: Conduct onsite non-invasive facility condition assessments (FCAs) of K-12 public school facilities to evaluate health, safety, and wellness standards as defined in Exhibit A. Please note, due to the nature of the Study, as defined herein, the scope of the FCA will likely differ from assessments your firm has previously provided. Please review required scope of the FCA located in Section 2 of this RFP. All FCAs must be complete by September 2024.

Energy Audit Alternate: Conduct an energy audit of K-12 public school facilities based on a modified ASHRAE Level 1 to consist of building systems such as Exterior Closure, Roofing, HVAC, Electrical, Equipment, Site Utilities, and Site Electrical. Energy Audits must be complete by March 2025.
