Summary of Specifications:
Oakland Schools is seeking to purchase a Screen Readers to support technical campuses students with the ability to take a variety of national, state, and local industry specific certifications to strengthen their employability portfolio. To provide an additional support to at-risk populations, we seek to find a screen reader that is able to read a variety of materials, typically web delivered, in a variety of web platforms that are often require a specific browser.
