SUBMISSION LOCATION
Proposals shall be obtained from and submitted online via MITN BidNet Direct. All responses must be submitted at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/oaklanduniversity
SUBMISSION METHOD, DATE AND TIME
One (1) copy of the proposal shall be submitted electronically. All responses must be submitted online via MITN, BidNet Direct. Proposals must be received June 13, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Proposals will not be opened publicly. It is the firm’s responsibility to ensure that its proposal is delivered at the proper time and place.

QUESTIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
All inquiries to this RFP must be submitted in writing to George Haight, georgehaight@oakland.edu by June 6, 2024 by 2:00pm. Include the RFP Title in the subject line of the email. OU may, at its option, elect to respond in writing to inquiries. Copies of any such written communication shall be made available to all prospective bidders. No interpretation shall be considered binding unless provided in writing by OU.
