00119 - CM at Risk for Science Comples

Oakland University is soliciting proposals for Construction Management (CM) services for the renovation of Science Complex. OU intends to select a Construction Management (CM) firm to provide professional services as outlined below. The total project budget is $40,000,000. This includes all soft costs, consulting fees, permit fees, survey and testing costs, information and audiovisual technology, FF&E, moving expenses, temporary office and performance space, and all other incidental costs associated with the project. Estimated construction cost is $30,000,000.
