00055-1 - HHB 4th Floor-Nursing Simulation Laboratory Expansion

The Owner intends to construct an interior renovation on the 4th Floor of the existing Human Health Building on the Campus of Oakland University located in Rochester, Michigan. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to new nursing simulation labs and their support spaces
 

1. The Scope of work shall include the following:
   1. Demolition of all existing walls, ceilings, and floor materials within the project area or as indicated on the documents. Discard all materials off-site per local and state ordinances and codes.
   2. Removal of all existing mechanical and electrical items within the project area or as indicated on the documents. See documents and specifications.
   3. Construct and install all new walls, ceilings, flooring, doors/frames, glass/glazing, millwork, sound insulation, and finishes as shown on documents and specifications.
   4. Supply and install all new mechanical and electrical items, modify existing items to conform to new design. See documents and specifications.
   5. All required time, standard or late hours, for plumbing connections will be part of base bid price.
