The School District of the City of Pontiac (The District) is requesting proposals for Security Guard Services for it Pontiac High School located at 1051 Arlene, Pontiac MI, 48340, Pontiac Middle School located at 1275 N. Perry, Pontiac MI 48340, WHRC ITA located at 60 Parkhurst, Pontiac MI 48342 and Whitman Elementary located at 125 Montcalm, Pontiac MI 48342 as specified within this RFP. This is a 1 school year fixed contract beginning on October 1, 2019 through June 13, 2020 with options to renew for two (2) additiona1 years in one (1) year increments through June 30, 2022. Pricing proposed as part of the solicitation process shall remain fixed and in effect for the duration of the agreement.
