Bid Proposal:
Rochester Community Schools (RCS) is seeking bids for Ellipsoidal Spotlights for Stoney Creek High School Auditorium as per the specifications set forth herein.
Vendor Requirements
1. Bid: Submit full pricing to provide and deliver the lighting equipment as specified. If proposing other manufacturers than listed, provide separate pricing and provide equipment specifications the proposed equipment that is included in your bid. If not separately identified, it will be assumed that you are providing the equipment as exactly specified.
2. Delivery Timing: Please provide lead-time, from receipt of a formal Purchase Order (P.O.), for the equipment to be delivered, with your bid response.
3. All proposals must include all forms as specified in Bid Information and Requirements for Acceptance and be inclusive of specifications provided in Attachment A.
4. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the bid which will best serve the interest of the school district.
5. Board Approval: The Board approval date is anticipated to be October 4, 2021.
6. Requests for Clarification: All requests for clarification must be submitted through BidNet Direct by August 30, 2021 and all responses will be released within the online posting.
Selection Process
RCS will base award on several evaluation factors including, but not limited to: bid specifications, pricing, product availability, adherence to required documentation, delivery terms. Please note that project will not necessarily be awarded to the lowest bidder or lowest price. Rochester Community Schools reserves to award the project to the most qualified bidder based on the criteria noted.
