RFP-RH-25-028 - Art on Auburn - Phase II

We are seeking a robust and aesthetically pleasing solution for creating, fabricating, transferring and/or adhering 20 pre-selected art work images which are included as Attachment A to this RFP (and will be provided as digital files to awarded vendor).  These art work images will be applied onto designated brushed concrete areas within the Brooklands Plaza and as identified on Attachment B to this RFP.  The chosen application method must withstand normal wear and tear, including weather conditions (especially freeze/thaw cycles common in Michigan), UV exposure, and potential light traffic.  Our goal is to create a lasting public art installation that enhances the community for years to come.  The City is open to considering various application methods, including but not limited to specialized painting techniques, the creation of large stencils for community art projects, or engaging local artists for direct painting.
