The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids for renovations to the former DPW Garage for a Farmers Market/Community Center. The former DPW Garage is an approximately 5,000 sq ft pole building located 406 E. Third St., Imlay City, MI 48444. A bid sheet with the proposed renovations is available upon request, or can be picked up at City Hall located at 150 N. Main St., Imlay City, MI 48444. A pre-bid walk through at the site is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25, at 10:00 a.m. The pre-bid walk through is not mandatory, but all other access to the building requires 48-hour notice.
