Summary of Specifications:
Southfield Public Schools seeks to obtain proposals for district math, science, language arts, and social studies textbooks/instructional materials in various grade levels. All Proposals to be delivered the lobby of the J.W. E. Administration Building, Southfield Public Schools, 24661 Lahser, Southfield, MI 48033 attn: Martha Ritchie, Purchasing Manager. Proposals are to be in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Textbooks” and returned no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, December 19, 2013 at which time proposals will be opened and public read. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Late proposals will not be accepted. Review Copies: Six review copies of each textbook and ancillary material must be submitted. Review copies to be sent to University High School Academy, Division of Instruction, Attn: George Chapp, 24815 Lahser Road, Southfield, MI, 48033. Copies must be received by December 19, 2013. All textbooks and instructional materials MUST have an electronic companion for student and staff usage during the entire adoption.
